Meet the Cripe team

Al Oak joined the firm in the summer of 1972 as a land surveyor. Since then, he has served in just about every area of the firm. In 1992 he became Chief Executive Officer and, with that appointment, made some key strategic changes in the firm’s business and cultural model. Learn more on our Team Page >>

Before assuming the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer at Cripe Architects + Engineers in 2005, Fred Green has served as the Head of Architecture. It was his team-oriented leadership style that made Fred the obvious choice for leading the company. Learn more on our Team Page >>

Paula J. Gartner is the Professional Services Director of Engineering at Cripe Architects + Engineers. With almost 20 years of experience in environmental, structural, transportation and land development design, Paula leads Cripe’s team of civil engineers and their projects. Scott leads Cripe’s team of Energy and Facilities Advisors. Scott has provided sustainability leadership for millions of square feet of facilities, including heath care facilities, retail properties, class-A office buildings, industrial properties and many other projects. Mike Grubb serves as the Professional Services Director, Architecture, where he oversees the Architectural department and projects. With 20 years of experience in providing clients with high quality, state-of-the-art surveys, Dennis' relationships both with the field crews and the office team has contributed to our company’s excellent reputation with title companies, lenders, developers, municipalities and construction firms.
