To promote better understanding of the political process at all levels, the Paul I. Cripe Charitable Foundation and the Indy Chamber teamed up to award a $5,000 scholarship to be used at the IUPUI School of Public and Environmental Affairs. It's vital to understand the relationship between politics and business to create a better community for everyone.

During the HobNob reception, a $5,000 scholarship donation by the Cripe Foundation and Cripe Architects + Engineers was presented IUPUI to be used for political education. The award also includes a semester-long internship at the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
