Cripe Architects + Engineers provided Civil Engineering, Master Planning and Land Surveying for AllPoints Midwest Building 1, Parkway Phase 1, Building 2 and Phase 3 Infrastructure projects.
The final design of Building 1 entailed a 1,199,262 sf building on 68.5 acres with truck docks, trailer parking areas and car parking areas. In addition, an on-site storm water management system was added to include a pond and linear water quality basins which supply the fire protection system serving the building. To access the site and provide future access to the undeveloped property in the Park, a 3,980 lf of industrial roadway was designed in conjunction with the required 4,078 lf of 10” PVC sanitary sewer ranging in depth from 7 to 23 feet and water main extensions.
Building 2 consisted of a 533,520 square foot spec industrial warehouse on 35.8 acres. The site was master planned to accommodate a future building of the same approximate size immediately north of the project and was planned as part of the infrastructure development. The storm water detention systems and utilities were designed along with the
2,170 lf access road to serve Building 2 and the future building site. The sewer main extension included 2,249 linear feet of 8’ PVC pipe.
In Phase 3, the storm water detention systems and utilities were designed along with the 2,170 lf access road to serve Building 2 and the future building site. The sewer main extension included 2,249 linear feet of 8’ PVC pipe.
