The Indianapolis Museum of Art needed to expand, while also renovating existing spaces.

Cripe Architects + Engineers provided Civil Engineering, Project Management and Owner’s Technical Representative Services for this project.

The scope of services included coordination and oversight of the project designer and construction manager, as well as off-site projects requiring coordination with the City of Indianapolis, such as traffic and intersection improvements.

The program management approach to this project focused on the creation of an efficient communication model, streamlining of the program/design development review process budget accountability and refinement of the decision making process.
