Mike’s Carwashes sought consistency in their brand; Cripe helped the client define and document a process that allowed the client to convert from self-performing to contract work, thereby increasing work volume and revenue.

Cripe provided Architecture, Site Civil Engineering, Survey, and Permitting services for 25 sites throughout Indiana, including downtown Indianapolis, and Ohio.

Because the client considered itself an impulse purchase, the buildings were often placed in high-traffic areas, causing space constraints for almost every new project. Old buildings were often torn down to make way for the new carwash building, and the time between demolition and construction had to be shortened to avoid losing money on inactive days.

Cripe recently updated the long standing prototyped architecture to make integration into higher end, tighter controlled jurisdiction’s easier.
