Opus North Corporation is building an office park consisting of three buildings, all for Capital Group Companies that are relocating to Carmel and expanding in the Indiana marketplace.

Cripe Architects + Engineers provided Civil Engineering and Surveying services for this project.

For the site, Cripe designed a detention basin with the requisite water quality standards per the City of Carmel’s requirements. Two mechanical BMPs and a water quality wet detention basin including an extended wetland area were designed to fit this site. Additional parking was incorporated into the site as well.
