Center Township’s Government Offices and Key Bank were housed in a 1950’s building that needed a significant renovation.

Cripe Architects + Engineers was responsible for the architectural renovation of the 60,000 square-foot, deteriorating building. Cripe also provided Civil Engineering and Survey for parking lots and ATM machine.

Key components of this project involved multiple renovations to offices, kitchen and dining rooms and tenant lease spaces. Upgrades were made to the HVAC system, plumbing and electrical systems and the exterior building envelope. New finishes were provided throughout the building and a new automatic fire suppression system was installed.
