Southeastern Avenue Corridor - Phase I, Phase II and Phase III

Cripe Architects + Engineers provided construction engineering and inspection services for the Department of Public Works septic tank elimination project with a construction cost of over $1.5 million for Phase I which was completed in summer of 2007. Phase I affected 74 property owners, included the placement of 1,900 feet of storm pipe and 7,200 fee of gravity sewer. Five residential streets were resurfaced.

Phase II, with a construction cost of over $21.5 million, was completed in June of 2009. 520 property owners were affected. Over 22,000 feet of storm pie and 64,000 feet of gravity sewer was placed. Eight miles of asphalt was repaired and reconstructed.

Phase III has a construction cost of $4.5 million. This phase will affect 240 property owners and will include the placement of 2,300 feet of low force main sewer and 20,000 feet of gravity sewer. The expected completion date is July or August of 2010.
