Cripe Architects + Engineers provided Owner’s Representative services for Clarian Health Services on this exciting transportation project in downtown Indianapolis.

As Owner’s Representative, Cripe coordinated right-of-way issues with the City and adjacent property owners, assisted in the bidding process and negotiating with the City on the construction process. Cripe also provided on-site staffing for construction observation, schedule review, change order review and submittal reviews.
