Clarian Health
Clarian Health constructed a 300,000 square-foot building that houses approximately 400 laboratory technicians, scientists,
physicians and other clinical research staff.
Cripe Architects + Engineers provided on-site Owner’s Representation and Project Management Services for Clarian Health’s clinical laboratory while also coordinating
contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
The project is located on a crowded site on the north end of the downtown canal walk, with underground and above-grade parking and a three-story lab structure on top.
The lab project is connected to the Riley, IU and Methodist Hospital campuses via the People Mover and pneumatic tubes.
