This project was an addition to the existing University Hospital and the Outpatient Cancer Pavilion. The expansion included a 28-bed ICU unit, a 22-station Infusion Area and an addition/expansion of the existing clinical/outpatient cancer services.

Cripe Architects + Engineers was contracted to assist the Owner with Owner’s Project Management Services along with Owner’s Technical Representative Services. Clarian also contracted Cripe to monitor and coordinate the procurement and placement of furniture, fixtures and equipment for the entire project.

The project was located on the IUPUI campus adjacent to the existing Indiana University Hospital. The Indiana University School of Medicine partnered with Clarian Health Partners to provide expertise and research services.
