The original site was comprised of a floodplain and wetlands, so it needed to be raised in order to accommodate the construction of new townhomes.
Cripe provided Civil Engineering services for this project.
It was imperative that Cripe work with government agencies in order to obtain variances that would resolve issues of building location, including LOMR and flood elevation certificates to eliminate the concerns of the DNR. Because changes in agency requirements and permitting processes were continuous, budget was a primary concern; however, Cripe was successful in meeting the project’s proposed budget.
