Cripe Architects + Engineers provided architecture, civil engineering and survey design services for the addition of new residential living units to the existing apartment complex. The addition consisted of three new buildings, 66 units, a parking lot expansion and drainage design. This was a HUD financed, multi-story, multi-family residential facility.
