The client came from outside of Indiana to purchase land in Noblesville; they wished to work with a local firm to handle utility issues associated with the site. Cripe’s relationship with community leaders and government agencies led to timely obtainment of approvals and a smooth permitting process. Cripe also designed an off-site sewer system that could accommodate all 525 homes to be built on the property.

Cripe provided Civil Engineering, Survey, Land Planning, Construction Layout, and Utility As-Built services for this project.

When phases 4, 5, and 6 began, budget constraints and government agency timelines were reduced; Cripe was able to work within these added constraints and successfully complete the project. Cripe thus aided in the creation of a unique residential community with many civil and surveying obstacles that were completed above and beyond client expectations.
