Through his 12 year involvement with the Carmel Clay School Board and his significant volunteering efforts, Bruce is best known as “Mr. Hamilton County.” At Cripe Architects + Engineers, Bruce is responsible for Business Development in the Education (K-12 and higher education) and the Government/Municipalities markets.
Due to his extensive Human Resources background, Bruce also advises the organization on critical personnel issues.
A few of the associations with which Bruce is affiliated are the Riverview Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, Hamilton County Leadership Board of Directors, the Society of Human Resource Management and the Rotary Club of Carmel, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College, a Master of Science from Indiana University and an Educational Specialist degree from Butler University.
