After retiring as Chief Executive Officer of Olive LLP, John Harris was hired to provide strategic guidance on improving Cripe Architects + Engineers’ efforts to become truly client-focused. Based on his guidance, Cripe is now arranged as a matrix organization with Client Service Directors (CSDs) acting as the key project liaisons between clients and the Cripe team. A company business and sales plan was also developed and includes a disciplined approach to monitor the progress being made on key initiatives. John is the strategic business mind in the firm who challenges the status quo to make sure processes are streamlined and efficiencies enhanced to maximize our client service.
John serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement of Central Indiana. In 1998 he was recognized in Accounting Today as one of the “Most Influential People in Accounting” and in 2000 he was inducted into the Ball State University College of Business Hall of Fame. John received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Ball State University.
