Bridgewater is a 580-acre, mixed-use development located in Hamilton County. The project included the construction of a Pete Dye-designed, 18-hole championship golf course, a clubhouse, and a trail system connecting all of the property, apartments, town homes, commercial uses and single-family homes. Many of the sites are maintenance-free. One special feature in this community is a 1.5-acre lake, approximately half of which is lined with limestone retaining walls. There are also two formal garden areas, a gazebo and a trail system to the entire
Bridgewater Club.
