Located at the Indianapolis Campus of St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers in central Indiana, the St. Francis Cancer Center is being designed with the goal of being the premier destination for outpatient cancer care for cancer patients in the region. Anticipated to open in 2010, this 80,000 square foot Cancer Center includes a new 60,000 square foot addition to the existing center that is being renovated as part of the project. The new state-of-the-art facility will consolidate oncology programs from multiple sites within the health system in a true multidisciplinary setting to provide advanced cancer care for patients. When completed, the St. Francis Cancer Center will be a premier provider of cancer care in central Indiana. The consolidation of programs at the Indianapolis Campus will provide patients with easy access, ample parking, safe processes and coordination of their care across all diagnostic and therapeutic modalities in a multidisciplinary setting that focuses on a great overall patient experience.
