In the early 1990s, several clients asked Cripe Architects + Engineers to start providing Owner’s Representation/Project Management services. Today, our Owner's Representation team assures the design integrity of our clients’ projects by overseeing all appropriate aspects of the pre-construction and construction phases, which can include staffing, budgeting, scheduling and purchasing.
Cripe provides Owner's Representation to clients in public and private sectors, focusing largely on the health care, education and government/municipalities markets.
For owners lacking the expertise and/or the manpower, Cripe's Owner's Representation team provides a cost effective means to acquire the experienced set of eyes and ears
to enhance efficiencies and manage schedules to ensure projects stay on-time and
on-budget.
