The Breakwater Apartments

Breakwater Apartments is a multi-family residential complex located in the heart of downtown New Albany’s business district. This is a privately and publicly funded project that includes 191 luxury apartments and 1650 square feet of streetfront retail space. It also includes the re-use of an existing 100 year old automobile sales building.
The site includes a leasing office, fitness room, conference area and a soft seating amenity. The space adjacent to the building includes a pool, outdoor bar, casual seating area and outdoor grilling.
