Cripe is very proud to be associated with this project that will have such a profound impact on the families that will utilize the St. Vincent House.

Cripe Civil Engineering is responsible for the site design, working closely with the Landscape Architect to provide a safe, peaceful and natural site. Cripe’s Survey team provided services including topographical, ALTA and boundary surveys.
The St. Vincent House will be a 26,900 square foot, two story building with 20 living units and a common space short term apartment building. The facility will be used for the families of patients that are being cared for at the pediatric oncology and NICU departments at St. Vincent Hospital. This facility, located in a quiet, wooded lot about a block south of the hospital, will provide a sheltering place for families in search of care and respite.
