Stanley E. Hunt Real Estate Development Case Competition

Date: December 1, 2015

The Paul I. Cripe Charitable Foundation is a proud sponsor of this annual competition that took place on November 18th.  Student teams from the R440 Real Estate Development and Appraisal class were asked to come up with a development plan for a site known as the “Trades District” or “Bloomington Technology Park” in downtown Bloomington. Of the nine teams that presented in the classroom, four teams were chosen to compete in the final competition.  Congratulations to the participants for a job well done!
