Cripe provided Architecture, Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for the addition of new residential living units to the existing apartment complex. The addition consisted of three new buildings consisting of 1,2 and 3 bedroom units (some with attached garages), 66 units, a parking lot expansion and drainage design. This was a HUD financed, multi-story, multi-family residential facility.
