Team Responsibility
Jennifer leads the civil engineering team and is responsible for her area’s design deliverables, client success and staff development. As a primary member of integrated design teams throughout the process, she works closely with team members, owners, and regulatory agencies to find creative solutions for functional and sustainable design.
Jennifer’s passion and enthusiasm for collaborative and thoughtful design is evident in her leadership of the civil engineering team.
Experience
Jennifer has been working in the land development area with Cripe for over 12 years. Jennifer has led a variety of projects ranging from the civil design of park facilities to transportation enhancement projects to the civil design and planning of higher education and corporate campuses. She has extensive experience in a collaborative design approach and can work with large and diverse groups to solve complex challenges related to infrastructure and site design.
