Team Responsibility
Kara oversees and leads the human resources and marketing strategies and operations of the firm. She is responsible for the vision, alignment and execution necessary to create and sustain the internal and external Cripe brand – “To Be the Company of First Choice” for staff and clients alike. Kara has an operational lense and creative passion for culture development, brand messaging and employee recruitment, development and retention.
Experience
Prior to joining Cripe in 2007, Kara worked in various human resource and marketing leadership roles with Allison Transmission/General Motors, Thompson Consumer Electronics and Keramida Environmental. Throughout her over 25 year career – spanning the gamut from labor relations to contract negotiations to organizational development and executive coaching – Kara has provided strategic leadership and outcomes to the organizations she serves.
