Tim Baldwin
Experience
Tim Baldwin has served more than 30 years at Indiana University and is currently the Randall L. Tobias Distinguished Professor of Business Leadership and chair of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business. His specialties include leadership development and organizational change. He has published several journal articles and two books on organizational change.
Before Indiana University, Baldwin worked for both Michigan State University and Baxter Healthcare.
