Effective May 1^st, Dennis McGuire assumes the presidency of Cripe with the full confidences of our board of directors, executive team, staff, and clients. In addition to his decades of experience in Survey and firm operations, Dennis has contributed significantly to all aspects of business development and sales. Dennis has been instrumental in helping the Cripe team meet the unique challenges of the past year through demonstrating servant leadership and other Cripe founding values such as Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Professionalism, Humility and Commitment. 

Working closely in this transition, Fredrick J. Green, AIA, NCARB, past President and current Chief Strategy + Operations Officer, underscores that Dennis is the right person for the job as he both understands and practices that “It is better to serve then be served and that being a leader at Cripe is about helping make others successful – from staff to clients.”

At a virtual staff gathering last week, the firm celebrated Dennis with sincere congratulations and excitement for his leadership of our firm. Dennis said, “I am honored to lead this incredible Cripe team ! We are excited about opportunities for our staff, clients and our community going forward!”

With Dennis at the forefront of our company, we know that we will continue to maintain our status as an award-winning, 84-year presence in the Indiana design community. McGuire will make sure that as Employee-Owners, we are proud of our commitment and service to our clients and community.
