Cripe has been engaged by both the City of Indianapolis and Citizens Energy to perform a retracement survey, previously completed in 1947, in addition to providing an aerial topographic survey and a video survey. This project is being done to facilitate the transfer of Indianapolis Sewer and Water to Citizens Energy.
