Project Program Conceptual Design and Construction Documents were developed to construct a new link from the east face of the K105 building to the west face of the K103 building of Eli Lilly.

The passageway design included an atrium area of approximately 6,705 square feet and a new two-story, 11,095 square-foot K105 access entrance, stairs, and large portion of the second floor break area. This break area is above the then-existing east-west material/personnel corridor and break area. The project also included a new shipping and receiving dock at the southeast corner and provided free access for the Lilly Material Train.
