The economic development engine housed at Innovation Pointe is an exemplary environment for business incubation.  Housed in six stories of a historic building in downtown Evansville, this adaptive reuse is a high-tech business incubator managed by the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville. Innovation Pointe assists in the creation and growth of new businesses in the Evansville area to increase the overall wealth of our city and people. Clients at Innovation Pointe have access to countless amenities at little or no cost.

As a treasured asset to the community, the physical premises require periodic repair and replacement of building envelope components.  Cripe was contracted to assess the physical repair and replacement needs of the exterior envelope.  With our MEP partners, we inventoried the physical components, evaluated the current state or service, projected the remaining useful life, and forecasted the near term and ongoing capital needs.    This resulting in a façade enhancement project to stabilize and maintain service for the foreseeable future.
