Architecture, Civil Engineering, Land Surveying
Architectural & Civil Design services for the renovation of an eleven thousand (11,000) square foot Parks and Recreation building and surrounding public park. This project had an accelerated schedule to ensure completion in time for an event commemorating the 50th anniversary of Robert F. Kennedy’s speech on April 4, 1968. Renovations to the building focused on improving security and accessibility for visitors by replacing doors and windows, as well as upgrading the entry vestibules. Site Improvements included new landscaping, sidewalks, a raised patio on the north side of the building and decorative concrete traffic barriers.
