The Owl Ridge Event Center is to be located on 125 acres of wooded land just south of Greencastle, Indiana.  The facility will provide a variety of event options including sit down dinner service for up to 280 people, auditorium style seating, outdoor event space, a large screened porch, ample parking and a site with stunning views of existing forest all round.  The site development will be minimized to allow as much existing woods to remain as possible.  The design is inspired by rural structures and uses metal roofing and natural stone detailing to blend with the surrounding land.  The result is a comfortable fit between building, use and land.  The project has passed local zoning review and is waiting final approval from the Owner prior to the start of Construction Documents.
