Cripe provided the Civil and Site Engineering Design for the original master plan at the 86th Street Campus and Children’s Hospital Addition, which also included various parking lot improvements and additions.  Cripe’s professionals provided Topographic Mapping, Land Title Surveys and Civil and Site Design for an 80,000 square foot pediatrics addition to the main campus. In addition to the Master Planning, Cripe was required to design a site layout for the new Oncology Center, as well as layout of the parking lots, drainage and vehicular/pedestrian circulation.  Cripe has also been involved with the master planning and site design for a new Physician’s Medical Office Building and CorVasc Medical Office Building (5.9 acres).
