Of this elite group of tenant names emerges Starbucks Coffee Company. Based out of Seattle, WA, Starbucks itself is located across the country, and infamous internationally as well. Due to this powerful and continuing relationship, Simon Property Group sought the efforts of Paul I. Cripe, Inc., d/b/a Cripe, to manage the architectural services of Starbucks’ various new locations in their properties.

To date, Cripe has provided full tenant build-out architectural services, including but not limited to architectural survey, design, construction documents, agency approvals, and construction administration, for 10 Starbucks locations ranging from the Southern border of Texas, to South Carolina, to the Northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. More detailed architectural services for Starbucks build-out projects have included material and finish selection, interior layout coordination and design, mall façade design, detail logistics, equipment planning, and pre-deal site and facility research for feasibility assessments. Licensed in states from coast-to-coast, Cripe’s ability to align with the demand of new Starbucks locations in Simon properties across the country is one of many Cripe values to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
