Tommy’s Express Carwash has a presence across much of the continental United States and continues to build new stores in communities nationally.  Tommy’s wash technology is state of the art and the building design reflects the high-tech nature of their business.  Cripe was retained to provide professional design services as part of a significant effort to roll the Tommy brand out in several North American regions over the next several years.

The buildings are based on a prototype which is site adapted in every new store.  Cripe coordinates a team that produces architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural foundation documents with stringent coordination requirements and aggressive schedules.  Our team is organized to track many stores in different stages of development simultaneously.
