Finding a partially undeveloped plot of land off of East 126th Street and Interstate 69 in Fishers, Indiana, Cripe was hired to first assist Ryan in the re-platting and rezoning of the property for his new headquarters.  After deliberation with the City of Fishers, Ryan’s new 2-story, 12,000 square foot headquarters facility boasts a mix of display and conference spaces for clients, office spaces for the in-house design professionals, and a workshop with crew support spaces large enough to house the vast array of materials and equipment needed for any size project.  The remaining three (3) acres of land is then left for hoop building storage, various landscaping material storage, and room for potential expansion of the new headquarters facility should the need arise in the future.While providing civil engineering and surveying services to re-plat and re-zone the three (3) acre tract of partially undeveloped land into his new headquarter operation, Cripe also provided architectural design services of the new headquarters building for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) hearings to re-zone the property, continuing into construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration.  Growing companies such as Vive Exterior Design that provide a multitude of services require the convenience and flexibility of headquarter facilities that allow room for growth, house all services under one roof, and maintain the collaboration required between different teams of specialized professionals.  Cripe’s innovation in civil engineering, surveying, and architectural design provides the intuitive knowledge to provide such an understanding of these essential aspects of growth in company and building design as a whole.
