We begin with the end in mind.

Whether that is the end of the day, a project or even our entire careers, we at Cripe begin any endeavor by thinking about what it will look like at the very final stage of completion.

To illustrate this concept, our President and Chief Operations Officer, Fred Green, posed a few questions to our most recently hired project managers, who have been both promoted internally and hired externally, in the architecture and civil engineering departments. Being the creator and leader of our internal project management training that every new hire goes through (from finance to survey), Fred had many good questions that brought the finer points of strategic design thinking to light.
