This project included the redevelopment of an existing building in downtown Indianapolis at 1415 North Pennsylvania Street into a transitional housing development for homeless citizens.  The renovation and additions will result in a completed 28,000 SF facility with 38 apartment units.  Along with the 38 apartment units, the complex will include a 24 hour onsite medical treatment facility operated by Midtown Community Mental Health Center a subsidiary of Eskenazi Health.
