Having over 25 years of civil engineering experience, David is responsible for business development, client success and overall firm strategies. David’s passion for land development, problem solving, and his ability to work with clients and their vision is contagious.

David has served as both Client Service Director and Director of the Civil Engineering department focusing on diversity of project experiences and developing the individual design skills of the entire team.
