With over 25 years of commercial architectural and project management experience, Mike is an expert at collaborating with clients and internal/external team members to address the unique challenges of each project to ensure they remain on track for success. Mike spent 4 years at a National General Contractor located in Noblesville, IN, with most of their work in Retail, Healthcare, and Institutional construction. Mike helped lead The MDC Group through the pandemic and spearheaded their growth.
As of April 2024, Mike returned to Cripe as Chief Operating Officer, leading operations for the National Multi-Disciplinary design firm. In Mike’s previous 21-year tenure at Cripe, he served in several roles, including their Executive Leadership team, Vice President | Architecture, Client Service Director, Operations, Project Manager, and Architect. Mike has extensive knowledge in retail, multi-family developments, government, healthcare, education, recreational, and mixed-use projects.
