This adaptive reuse building consists of sixty low-income units of senior housing, a leasing office, and 10,000 SF of leasable space on the first floor. The site includes vehicular and pedestrian pathways to site amenity areas and multiple entries to the building. The re-use of the site included the demolition of a 250-space parking garage filled in with a surface parking lot within the exterior walls of the parking garage. Underground detention was utilized and a new outlet was provided to separate the storm and sanitary with calculated flows not to exceed existing total flows.
