Vita retained Cripe in 2021 to provide professional design services for two Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities, each consisting of 40 memory care units and 72 assisted living units. Construction of the two matching buildings was completed in the second quarter of 2024. One facility is located in New Whiteland, and the other in Greenfield, Indiana. Each building features four stories, with the first floor dedicated to public residential space and food services, and the upper three floors housing assisted living units. A one-story section accommodates memory care units along with the necessary support spaces for the facilities.
