This project involved the renovation of approximately 3,200 sf of MOB space located on the fifth floor of the 8040 building into a cutaneous oncology private practice clinic. Cripe provided Architectural services for this renovation, sub-contracting the MEP engineering. The renovation involved developing an unoccupied space into an independent clinical space with four exam rooms, waiting/reception, lab, restrooms, nurse station, staff break room, and offices. Challenges involved work within an occupied building, third-floor construction material flows, integration into the existing aesthetic with material transitions, etc. The Cripe team developed a cost-effective, functional plan that complements the attached clinical space well.
