Fuel Tank Multi-Family Housing

The project includes Cripe land survey services and civil engineering design and development of a multi-use building on the existing Indy Fuel Tank parcel. The mixed-use development includes a three-story two- and three-bedroom apartment building with a locker room and Indy Fuel office spaces. Cripe’s civil engineering services included coordination for rezoning and platting, site layout and design, site utility design, permitting, and support services through construction. The site design included off-street parking, pedestrian circulation internal to the site, and vehicular circulation for tenants and guests, deliveries, emergency services, and maintenance. The project included utility coordination, utility relocation, and utility design to bring new utilities to the site. The design included a sanitary main extension and coordination with SAMCO and a water main extension. The overall stormwater management plan was respected and complied with the overall site stormwater master plan previously approved.
