Granite REIT retained Cripe to design a new 510,000 s.f. warehouse shell building at 1201 Allpoints Court in Plainfield, Indiana.  There are two main entries at the northwest and southwest corners with loading docks and truck aprons along both the long elevations of the building.  The client wanted a flexible solution that could be easily modified to suit the needs of a future tenant.   Features include large bay sizes, minimum 36-foot interior clearance, excellent floor flatness levels, and knock-out panels in the exterior precast to allow flexible placement of future dock doors. The Owner worked with the design team to obtain a “Two Globe” Green Globes certification for site development, water efficiency, materials, and energy efficiency.  A tenant has leased the building and is preparing to begin their interior build-out.  Services provided included architecture, site civil, and survey.
