Harper’s Crossing

In early 2020, Cripe was commissioned to provide professional design services for Harper’s Crossing, a new 60-unit workforce housing project located in Plainfield, Indiana.
The project features a three-story building that offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy outdoor amenities, including a picnic area, playground, and raised garden beds, all situated adjacent to a spacious community room on the ground floor. Additional facilities will include a computer lab, laundry room, fitness area, and dedicated yoga/meditation spaces.
