In early 2020, Cripe was commissioned by the Woda Group to provide design services for Proctor Place, a 61-unit Public Supportive Housing project located on the eastern edge of Central Greens, part of the former Indiana Central State Hospital site.
The project features a three-story, L-shaped building with front elevations along Kirkbride Way and North Warman Avenue. It includes dedicated spaces for supportive housing services such as case management offices and on-site support facilities. The design pursued LEED Silver certification and incorporated on-site stormwater detention. All levels are accessible via elevator, with at least six ADA-compliant units on the main floor.
